We are seeking college students and professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in event management at the Madhyanchal Fest Festival. This is a unique opportunity to engage with the world's largest festival celebrating a language.

Application Guidelines:

The Process:

1. Register by completing the online form available at jashnerekhta.org.
2. Ensure that you provide accurate and complete information on the volunteer registration form.
3. The first round of shortlisting will be conducted automatically based on the details provided in your application.
4. The second round of shortlisting will involve online group interviews and interactions.
5. Final shortlisted candidates will be notified via email, along with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
6. Dedicated WhatsApp groups and Zoom meeting rooms will be set up for each department to facilitate seamless communication and interaction.

Important Instructions:

1. Please do not apply for a volunteer position as a means to avoid purchasing tickets.
2. Volunteering requires full participation for all three days of the festival; partial commitments are not permitted.
3. Volunteers are expected to demonstrate professionalism and dedication in helping to organize the festival.
4. If your primary goal is to enjoy the festival in its entirety, we recommend attending as a member of the audience instead.
5. As a volunteer, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and become part of this prestigious event. While no monetary compensation is provided, your travel, food, and beverages will be covered. You will also receive a certificate of appreciation for your contribution.
6. Volunteers will have the opportunity to enjoy the festival atmosphere during designated time slots on festival days, and the entire team will come together to celebrate the final performance on Day 3.
